384 Bellinzani – Adagio from Sonata No. 10 in F major
Paolo Benedetto Bellinzani was an Italion composer of the first half of the eighteenth century. He wrote several recorder sonatas. This Adagio comes from sonata No. 10 in F major. In that time it was common to play a kind of vibrato with the fingers. The bibligliando trills remind me of that.
Paolo Benedetto Bellinzani was een Italiaanse componist uit de eerste helft van de achttiende eeuw. Hij schreef verschillende blokfluitsonates. Dit adagio komt uit sonate nr. 10 in F majeur. In die tijd was het gebruikelijk om een soort vibrato met de vingers te spelen. De bibligliando-trillers doen me daaraan denken.
