Scott Joplin is known for his Ragtimes. Ragtime comes from ‘ragged time’ and means that the music is very syncopated. The beginning of each phrase can be used to practice tone bending. Use the fingering of the G# to play the G. This is not only good for flexibility, but also for training your ears.
