One of the funniest exercises I’ve ever learned is playing with ‘rabbit teeth’. The idea is to lift the upper lip so that your teeth are visible. By creating this exaggerated tension, it becomes easier to experience playing with a relaxed upper lip.

Een van de grappigste oefeningen die ik ooit heb geleerd is het spelen met ‘konijnentanden’. Het is de bedoeling dat je de bovenlip optrekt zodat je tanden te zien zijn. Door deze overdreven spanning is het daarna makkelijker om te ervaren hoe het is om met een ontspannen bovenlip te spelen.
