George Whitefield Chadwick was an American composer who lived from 1854 to 1931. He wrote a series of lullabies. Each lullaby is named after a month. This lullaby is called ‘In October’. We can practice wind sounds and make a very soft sound that fits the character of this lullaby. As an exercise you can add a little bit of flute sound.
George Whitefield Chadwick was een Amerikaanse componist die leefde van 1854 tot 1931. Hij schreef een serie slaapliedjes. Elk slaapliedje is vernoemd naar een maand. Dit slaapliedje heet ‘In October’. We kunnen wind sounds oefenen en een heel zacht geluid maken dat past bij het karakter van dit slaapliedje. Als oefening kun je een beetje fluitgeluid toevoegen.
