Subscription
With a Flute Colors magazine subscription you’re going to receive the digital PDF-magazine 10 times per year. You can download this PDF from your account page at flutecolorsmagazine.com. You’ll get a notification email whenever there’s a new edition waiting for you.

Subscribe and unsubscribe
You can get a subscription from the website at fluteolorsmagazine.com. When your order has been processed, you can download the latest issue immediately from your account page. The subscription remains active until you unsubscribe. If you don’t cancel your subscription manually, it will be renewed automatically for the same period of time of your initial order. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancelling your subscription is processed immediately. After canceling your subscription it will no longer be renewed automatically. It is not possibe end your subscription before the end date. It is also not possible to receive a (partial) refund.

Payment
Subscriptions are payed by direct debit. When you subscribe to the magazine you’re asked to pay the subsciption up front. On the checkout page you can select your choice of payment method, including iDeal/SEPA incasso (Europe) and Credit Card. You’ll receive a copy of your order in your mailbox immediately after purchase. in je mailbox.

Communication
You can access and change your personal details from your account page. You’ll receive a notification mail whenever a new issue of the magazine is available for download. You might also receive emails with information and/or offers from Flute Colors or relevant products. You can easily unsubscribe from these emails.

Price
Flute Colors is allowed to change the price of subscriptions from time to time. If this happens, then we’ll notify you by email.

Force majeure
When Flute Colors is not able to deliver the digital magazine 10 times a year in case of force majeure, the subscriber will be notified. We will do everything in our power to produce the magazines as soon as possible. Subscribers can never claim refunds in case of force majeure.

Liability
Flute Colors can not be held responsible for consequal damages because of correct or unexpected incorrect information offered through the magazine. The information in the magazine is composed with extreme care.
